All meetings are held at City Hall located at 402 Lee St. NE. The applicant or his/her representative should be present.

Application Deadlines

All applications must be submitted to the Planning Department 21 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting except for a layout plat which is due 14 days prior to the meeting.

$6.00 processing fee for County Courthouse
Certified Letters: Current postal rate (if Planning Commission requires a public hearing)
